$45M Building Permit App Filed for Ballston Church Redevelopment
The development team behind the redevelopment of the Ballston Station Church property along Fairfax Drive in Arlington has filed for building permits for the project. The new 8-story residential building that would incorporate a new church, with on-site childcare and a preschool on the first two floors. The project would include 144 affordable units, along with 23,499 square feet of church and childcare space, and 131 parking spaces.
