485 Unit Multifamily Project Planned on 20 Acre Ashburn Site
Lennar Multifamily Communities has filed plans for a multifamily development to feature 485 homes on the 19.33-acre site currently home to Blue Mount Nursery. Plans call for 100 multi-family attached affordable housing units(all located in the same building), 165 multi-family attached market-rate units, and 220 multi-family stacked market-rate units.
