49 Residential Units Totaling 49,840 SF Approved for Roslindale
The BPDA approved a project that will bring 49,840 SF of new housing to the Roslindale-Hyde Park area. City Realty has proposed 49 residential units for 375 Commins Highway with 61 off-street parking spaces in a development totaling $11,843,000.
The new building will reach 61 feet in height across 6 stories.
