49 Unit Project Approved in East Boston
The development plans for 205 Maverick Street have been approved by the Boston Planning Board. The plans call for a 5 story building to include 49 rental units and 3,100 sf of ground floor retail (to house the Maverick Street Market currently on the site). At the planning board meeting, the development team noted they have increased the affordable units within the project to 7, above the cities required percentage.
