$4M Fit Out for 60 State Street Completed
A certificate of occupancy has been issued to the 33rd and 34th floor of 60 State Street as a $4,000,000 fit out of the two floors concludes. Amenities added to the building include a daycare, event space, and kitchen.
60 State Street is a 509-foot modern skyscraper located at the intersection of Congress and State Streets, directly adjacent to Faneuil Hall Marketplace. The rights to this Class-A office tower were sold to Starwood Capital Group for $614.3 Million in March of 2020.
