$4M Renovation Permit Pulled for The Winthrop Building
A permit valued at $4.1M has been pulled for renovations of the 4th through 9th floors at the historic Winthrop Building. The project calls for the buildout of new offices, new MEP's, millwork and finishes. Fidelity Investments acquired the Financial District property for $21.75M in February 2019.
