$5.3 Million Secured for Downtown Fitchburg Development

Rees-Larkin Development has secured a loan valued at $2,900,000 and $2,400,000 in additional funding from Mass Housing for the construction of 10 Moran Square in Fitchburg. A redevelopment of the former Harper Furniture building on Fitchburg’s Main Street and the former fire station on Summer Street, 10 Moran Square is set to feature 14 apartments within the Harper building and 28 units in a new 5-story development. The project is an infill development utilizing federal historic tax credits.
