$5.7M Construction Loan Secured for North End Luxury Condo Conversion
FinanceBoston has arranged $5.7 million to convert an apartment building in Boston’s historic North End neighborhood into seven luxury condos. The project includes expanding the existing useable area by creating living space on the garden level and converting two exterior stairwells into a single centralized stairwell.
