50 Stedman Street Secures $6.5 Million in Financing
The multifamily project at 50 Stedman Street in Jamaica Plain has secured $6.5 million in financing via Dedham Savings Bank.
The project will consist of a 31,000 square foot, 21 unit residential building in JP that would replace an existing single-story commercial building on the approximately 14,344 square feet project site. The three-story building would feature a mix of one and two bedroom units.
