50 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned in Brookline
Initial plans are in the works for redevelopment of 40 Kent Street & 40 Webster Place in Brookline. DND Homes acquired 40 Webster Place from The Brookline Community Foundation in March for $5,450,000. The developer plans to retain the historic structure at 40 Kent Street and construct a new attached building at 40 Webster Place with 50 units and ground-floor retail.
