500 Unit Development Breaks Ground in White Plains
Construction has now commenced for a large mixed-use project at 25 North Lexington Avenue in White Plains. Developed by Greystar, it will be known as "25 North Lex", and represents the company's first development in the state of New York. The dual-tower structure will feature connected 16 and 25-story sections, containing 500 rental apartments. These will be available in one to three-bedroom configurations.
In addition to residential units, the building will have square feet of ground-floor retail and approximately 60,000 square feet of tenant amenities. This includes a fitness center, a yoga studio, children’s areas, pet facilities, rooftop lounges, an outdoor pool with grilling stations, a community garden, and even a golf simulator.
Designed by , 25 North Lex will stand feet tall making it the 5th tallest structure in the City of White Plains. Construction is likely to take a couple of years, with work expected to finish sometime in 2024.
