$50M Waterfront Apartment Project Coming to Norfolk
A new waterfront apartment community is underway at 400 Waterside Drive in Norfolk VA. The structure will sit on almost an acre of land and will bring 273 new apartment units to the neighborhood. Situated close to Main street shops and businesses making it easy for residents to commute, grab dinner and walk the famous Elizabeth River Walk. Amenities include a community fitness room, pool and pool deck. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2023. Stay tuned for more details on this project.
