51-Story Dual-Tower Project Proposed in Newark
Joint developers, KS Group and Giga Holdings, have submitted plans proposing a 51-story, dual-tower residential building, at 315 Mulberry Street in Newark, New Jersey.
Designed by INOA Architecture, the development would feature a total of 1,008 rental apartments, offered in studio, and one to three-bedroom configurations. This would consist of 427 units in the first tower, and 581 units in the second.
Sitting beneath the two towers, the podium of the building would consist of retail space and an enclosed parking garage.
If ultimately approved, YNH Construction Inc. would serve as the project's general contractor. This proposal is one of several high-rise initiatives in recent years that have the potential to significantly alter Newark's skyline.
