512 Unit Residential Development Proposed in Miami, Fl
Developers have recently filed a pre application request to build a residential development on a 6.5 acre lot of land located at 12501 Southwest 236th Street in Miami, Fl. Plans include four, 8-story residential buildings offering a total of 512 apartment units and two, 4-story parking garages that will offer a total of 656 spaces. Developers are also seeking to change the zoning of the lot from agricultural to residential.
