52-03 Center Boulevard Completes in LIC
Construction has finally concluded on 52-03 Center Boulevard; a brand new, 56-story residential tower, located in Long Island City, Queens.
Developed by as part of the Hunters Point South, multi-building masterplan, it contains rental apartments, with 534 units reserved for affordable housing programs.
The foot tall tower was designed by ODA Architects, with SLCE Architects listed as the architect of record. In addition to housing, the square foot structure offers a daycare center and square feet of ground floor retail space.
Occupying the lower floors is also an enclosed, vehicle parking garage, and a 572-seat, public grade school for K-8 students. 52-03 Center Boulevard arrives approximately 2-years after its sister tower, 52-41 Center Boulevard (pictured right), which was completed next door in 2020. Between these two buildings is a 22,000-square-foot park, designed by landscape architect, MNLA.
