530+ Unit Luxury Residential Community Approved in New Brunswick
Vermella New Brunswick has been approved. The two-building development will include two mixed-use buildings with 20,000 sqft of retail and units in studio to three-bed configurations. In addition, the development scope includes 168 townhouses and a 25,000 sqft clubhouse for residential amenities and a pool.
Developed by Russo Development, the project is expected to rise in the fourth quarter of 2023, joining Russo's other Vermella developments in the state.
