555 Unit Mixed-Use Project Planned for Macy's Site in Ballston
Insight Property is planning to replace the existing Macy's building at 685 N. Glebe Road with a 16-story mixed-use project. The project would include 555 apartments above a 41,500 square foot grocery store constructed in 2 phases. Plans also call for a 389 space parking garage.
