57-Story Casa Bella Advances To Construction Permitting Phase
Developers are one step closer to building the Casa Bella tower in Downtown Miami. Permits were recently filed for construction with Coastal Construction selected as the general contractor. The full plans were submitted to officials yesterday, October 24th, and are now in review with a hard construction cost of $200 million. The filing plans reveal the 649-foot tower to feature 317 residential units. In September the full demolition plans for the site were filed after the demolition permit was applied for in June.
