57-Story Miami M Tower Nabs Demolition Approval
On March 2nd records reveal a demolition permit has been approved to demolish a parking garage where the upcoming M Tower will rise. The 7-story parking garage was built in 1966 and has 658 spaces.
M Tower will rise 57 stories and will include 675 residential units, residential amenities, 10,531 square feet of ground floor retail space, and 694 parking spaces.
