$57M Permit Pulled for Arlington, VA Office Project
A building permit valued at $57,420,000.00 has been pulled to kick off construction at 3901 N. Fairfax Drive in Arlington. The project which was originally approved in 2012 was purchased by Skanska in 2019 In June 2020, Skanska won approval for building modifications to the original plan. The 9-story building will feature nearly 185,000 square feet of office space along with over 10,000 square feet of ground-floor retail.
