58 Unit Mixed-Use Project Approved in Woodlawn
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the mixed-use project planned at 6300 S Maryland Avenue. The new 5-story building would feature 3 retail spaces, totaling approximately 3,500 square feet of space, 2 live/work units, and fifty-six residential units on the upper floors. Amenities are set to include a fitness center, community room, and 40 on-site parking spaces.
