58 Units Under Review for Winter Hill Site in Somerville
A new 4-story apartment building is now under review at 366 Broadway in Somerville. The site is currently occupied by a 1.5-story commercial building that will be demolished to make way for the new project. The development would include 58 apartments with a common roof deck with a green roof, a main lobby, and resident storage space. No parking is included on the site but 58 long-term bike parking spaces are proposed within the building.
