$58M in Financing Secured for 268 Unit Prince George's County Project
Varsity Investment Group has closed on a $45.1M construction loan from United Bank along with a $12.75M equity investment from Federal Capital Partners for their upcoming St. Joseph Apartments project in Prince George's County. The multifamily project is expected to include 268 units in total, less than one mile from the Largo Town Center Metro station. Varsity Investment Group tells BLDUP they have yet to select a GC for the project.
