593 Unit Miami River Project Receives Conditonal Approval
The two-building Miami River Project known as River Rapids received conditional approval for the project from Miami's Urban Development Review Board. The project received unanimous approval upon the main condition that the pool location be relocated.
ROVR Development, the project developer, hopes to start construction of the $250 million venture in 2022. The complex will feature 593 units ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. The plans call for an 8-story and a separate 12-story building, containing over 900,000 square feet. Ammenities include over 860 parking spots, a swimming pool, and a library.
