$59M Construction Loan Secured for 230 Unit Revere Beach Project
The Carlyle Group & Post Road Residential have secured a construction loan valued at $59,000,000 from People's United Bank to begin work on the 230-unit Robinson project.
The project will build out 217,000 square feet of living space just 200 yards from the Wonderland T Station and sit across the street from Revere Beach. The Robinson is also expected to house a 3-level parking garage with spaces for 305 cars.
