$5M Lobby Renovation Permit Pulled for Downtown Office Tower
A permit valued at $5,158,516 has been pulled for interior lobby renovations at 28 State Street. The work will include tile floor replacement and replacement of wood wall panels with porcelain tile. The project also calls for new lighting and upgraded ceiling finishes in the elevator lobbies. The 40-story office building was originally constructed in 1969.
