5th Story Goes Up at 310 North Peoria for Hotel Development in Fulton Market
Construction of a 5th-story on top of a former warehouse building in Fulton Market is currently underway. Renovations will follow the addition that will add a ground floor restaurant with outdoor seating and a lobby that will connect to a future 185-room, 12-story boutique hotel at 311 N. Sangamon. A timeline for the hotel phase of the project has not yet been revealed.
