$6.25M Permit Pulled to Kick Off North End Senior Housing Project
Berkeley Building Company has pulled a building permit valued at $6.25M to start work on 41 North Margin Street in the North End. The project will include the conversion and addition to the existing Knights of Colombus building to feature 23 affordable senior housing units along with around 1500 square feet of space for the organization. The building will have all new plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and fire alarms.
