6-Story Mixed-Use Development Tops Out in New Rochelle
A mixed-use project, located at 600 North Avenue in New Rochelle has just topped out at 6-stories. Work began on the concrete superstructure back in October, taking approximately 5 1/2 months to form. Priorities have now shifted to framing out the windows so the facade can be installed.
Developed by and designed by The Sullivan Architecture Group, the building will be known as "The Illustrator". It is set contain residential units and square feet of ground-floor retail space. Plans also call for an enclosed parking garage with enough room for vehicles.
