60 Unit Condo Building Being Planned for First Parish Church in Dorchester
A 60 unit condo project is in the early planning stages for the former First Parish Dorchester Manse at 29 High Street. The development team revealed plans earlier this week to the Meetinghouse Hill Civic Association in Dorchester. The plan would restore the 19th-century manse as community space, linked to a new, four-story residential building with 60 condos and 30 underground parking spaces.
