60-Unit Project Coming to Wakefield
A 7-story, mixed-use project, will soon rise at 4427 White Plains Road in the Wakefield neighborhood of the Bronx.
Developed by , the building would contain rental apartments. Plans also call for square feet of ground-floor retail space, 188 square feet of community facility space, and a rear parking lot, with enough room for vehicles.
Designed by , the structure would stand feet tall and total square feet. SKF is also serving as the general contractor for the project, and work is expected to finish by the Fall of this year.
