600 Everett Now Under Construction
The 600 in Everett has officially broken ground. The approved mixed-use development will feature 85 residential rental units plus restaurant and retail space.
"It's important to pause and recognize this momentous occasion and the people who have helped to this point." said John Tocco, partner at V10 Development. "With much work ahead, we remain committed to delivering a project that is both celebrated throughout the community and rewarding to our partners."
Units will consist of studios and one-bedrooms with a shared roof deck amenity space. Construction is expected to last through summer 2022.
