600+ Unit Redevelopment Project Under Review for Cotton Annex Building
Douglas Development has submitted plans for the redevelopment of the Cotton Annex Building which they acquired in 2017 for $30M. The former office building would be converted to 615 residential units with 1,300 square feet of ground-floor retail. The project would also include 93 parking spaces.
