60K SF Mass General Brigham Outpatient Center Vote Moves to Woburn City Council
Woburn Planning Board has approved a proposed 60,000 SF Mass General Brigham Outpatient Center, voting to bring the development before Woburn City Council for a permit vote. Leggat McCall Properties has proposed the outpatient center as part of the 1,639,100 SF Vale development on the former Kraft Foods property.
In December Woburn City Council approved the first of two projects within the Vale Boston development on Montvale Avenue.
