$60M Permit App Filed for Arlington Mixed-Use Project
Coakley & Williams Construction has filed a building permit application valued at $60M to begin construction on the redevelopment of the Westmont Shopping Plaza in Arlington. A new 6-story mixed-use building would replace multiple retail businesses and a surface parking lot on the roughly 79,237 square foot site. The development would offer 250 new residential units with 23,000 square feet of ground-floor retail, and two levels of below-grade parking containing approximately 345 parking spaces.
