$61M Construction Loan Secured for Salem Affordable Housing Project
The Preservation of Affordable Housing has secured a construction loan valued at $61,000,000 from Rockland Trust for Salem Heights. POAH began renovations in June 2021 to replace the building envelope, add central AC for every unit, and convert 15 of the 283 units to ada-compliant apartments.
