633-Unit Jersey City Tower Project Heading to Review

On December 10th, the Jersey City Planning Board will review an application proposing a 34-story, mixed-use tower project, at 107 Morgan Street in Jersey City's Powerhouse Arts District.

, the building will contain rental apartments, offered in studio and one and three-bedroom configurations.

Tenant amenities are to include (but are not limited to) a landscaped roof deck on the 6th floor, with seating areas and a swimming pool, a 34th-floor roof terrace, a package room, and a bicycle storage area. Plans also call for

square feet of ground-floor retail space, and an enclosed parking garage, with enough room for vehicles.

, the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet.

The rectangular project site has frontages on Morgan Street, Warren Street, and Steuben Street. It spans

square feet and is currently used as a parking lot.
