65 Unit Residential Project Under Review in Brighton
A 65 unit residential project that would replace a car wash at 365 Western Ave. in Brighton is now under review. The development plans call for a new 6-story building to feature a mix of studio, 1, and 2 bedroom units along with parking for up to 37 cars. Nine units at the building would be designated affordable.
