200 Unit Development Under Official Review in Quincy

Quincy Planning is officially reviewing plans submitted for a 2 building, 201-unit development on Hancock Street. FoxRock Properties LLC proposes the adaptive reuse of a Masonic Temple and a new neighboring mixed-use building as part of the development. 

The restored temple will be re-purposed for retail and residential amenity use and accompanied by an architecturally sensitive new construction component that will house 66 residential units. The neighboring Citizens Bank building at 1200 Hancock Street will be demolished and a new 6-story mixed-use building will be constructed to include around 135 apartments plus 3,700 square feet of ground-floor retail.
