67K SF R&D Project Under Review in Watertown
Nordblom has filed plans for the redevelopment of the 2.6-acre site at 148 Waltham in Watertown to allow for construction of an R&D facility. The new two-story building would feature roughly 67,000 square feet to be utilized for office, laboratory, and research/development types use. As part of the development, the project would provide enhanced landscaped areas along the roadway frontages of Green River Way and Waltham Street as well as the integration of a social gathering area which is planned along the Waltham Street frontage.
