$67M Construction Loan Secured for 321 Unit NoMa Apt. Project
Monument Realty has secured a $67M construction loan for the upcoming multifamily project at 40 Patterson Street NE through Bank OZK. The upcoming 14 story building will offer 321 units along with a host of amenities including a pool, fitness center, and resident lounge. Construction is expected to last through Fall 2022.
