The Jersey City Planning Board recently approved an 8-story, residential project, proposed at 147 Academy Street.
Developed by , the building will contain rental apartments, offered exclusively in studio configurations, with the exception of a single, three-bedroom unit. The roof of the development will have an indoor and outdoor common amenity space, and a partial green roof, while the ground floor will feature a co-working nook. Plans also call for a bicycle storage area.
Designed by , the structure will stand feet tall and total square feet. The development will be constructed on a lot currently used as a parking lot.
