$7 Million Electrical Permit Issued to 15 Necco in Fort Point
J&M Brown Company has pulled an electrical permit valued at $7,200,000 for 15 Necco Street in Boston's Fort Point neighborhood. The upcoming 300,000 SF life science/office building is planned to be LEED Gold, Fitwell and Well Building certified, and will include state-of-the-art resiliency and sustainability features.
