$7 Million Loan Secured for Swansea Mall Parcel

JMAR Realty, LLC has secured a loan valued at $7,050,000 for 54 Cousineau Drive - the location of a Walmart and part of the larger Swansea Mall complex. 

With the redevelopment of the 84-acre mall property into a vibrant lifestyle center kicked off, plans call for two new multifamily buildings featuring 72 market-rate apartments, a 90,000 square foot state-of-the-art self-storage facility, and 500,000 square feet of mixed-use commercial office and retail space.
