7-Story Mixed-Use Project Approved in Cypress Hills
A mixed-use development, proposed for 3285 Fulton Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn has just been approved by the NYC Mayor's Office. This comes several months after filed an application with the NYC Planning Department, requesting a rezoning of the project site from an R5/C2-3 to an R7A/C2-4/EC-6 district.
Developed by , the 7-story structure will contain approximately square feet of senior housing. This will be divided up into AIRS (Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors) units. The building will also have 2,750 square feet set aside for a new daycare facility on the ground floor.
