7-Story Mixed Use Project Planned In Miami
Developers have recently filed plans for a 7-story mixed development in Miami located at 2390 NW 62nd St. The project will replace an existing structure and will feature 105 residential units, over 1,800 square feet of retail space as well as parking amenities on the ground floor. There will also be over 6,000 square feet of amenities, including a rooftop terrace.
Developers are seeking a pre-application meeting that is scheduled for February 7.
