70-Story First-Ever Solar-Powered High-Rise The Residences At 1428 Brickell
A developer local to Miami, Ytech has announced that they have plans for a one-of-a-kind, first-ever, solar-powered residential structure. The 70-story luxury condominium development will be located 1428 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Brickell Financial District where a 10-story office tower currently sits. The building plans include a limited collection of 189 fully-finished residences with two- to four-bedroom plus den units ranging from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet, and a penthouse collection of units ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet. Developers also plan to provide 80,000 square feet of amenity space with 5 out of the 8 amenity upper floors featuring curated private and shared spaces showcasing stunning, panoramic city views.
