$700M Building Permit Pulled for Winthrop Center
Although the project officially broke ground in October 2018, the actual building permit for Winthrop Center has now been pulled. The permit pulled by Suffolk Construction is valued at $700M. The 53 story tower will feature over 770,000 square feet of Class A office space plus around 387 condos. At the base of the building a multi-floor public gathering space and thruway, the Connector, will offer a restaurant, retail, and community space. Construction is expected to wrap up in early 2022.
