723K SF Mixed-Use Project Under Review in Allston
The Davis Companies has filed a PNF for the proposed 723,000 square foot mixed-use project to replace the Skating Club of Boston & Studio Allston Hotel. The new development would feature approximately 535 rental units, approximately 120 condominium units, around 255 hotel rooms, and 14,500 square feet of retail space with 405 parking spaces. Over half of the project site will be designated for 72,000 square feet of publicly accessible open space. The apartment tower would be the tallest building on the site at 22 stories.
