73-Bay Industrial Warehouse Greenlit by Johnston Planning
A New York-based developer won approval from Johnston, Rhode Island planning board to build a last-mile distribution industrial warehouse, moving plans forward to city council for approval. To be built on a 4,063,464 SF wooded property, plans call for a an 823,522 SF industrial warehouse development featuring 73 loading bays.
